After years in the industry, we saw a huge gap in the market. Too many window furnishings businesses focus on mass production, quick turnover, and generic designs—offering little in the way of true style or personal service. We knew homeowners across Canberra deserved better.
The aftermath of COVID-19 accelerated a race to the bottom—not just in price, but in the quality of service, craftsmanship, and materials. We watched as once-reputable manufacturers and retailers prioritized profit margins and volume over expertise and experience, cutting corners and diluting the quality that homeowners should expect. Aurora was founded as a direct response to this shift—we stand for authenticity, excellence, and a commitment to long-lasting quality.
