We had a few quotes for some new curtains but in the end went with Aurora. They were priced a little more than some others, but still competitive. Their attention to detail and customer service was exceptional.  I found them reliable. You can tell they're super passionate about their products and their professionalism was a class above from the first contact to the installation day. We were particularly impressed with their transparency and commitment to sustainable products and services. I'd happily recommend to all my friends and family here in Canberra.

Everything from start to finish was incredibly professional with Joel. We ordered some Verosol blinds, and after getting 3 quotes, we went with Aurora because they seemed to put the most attention to detail on the little things. Turn around was quick and communication was great. Would recommend.

We contacted three other companies first — all slow, generic, and overpriced. Aurora replied same day, turned up on time, and nailed the look.

Joel at Aurora was brilliant. We had another company on Wollongong St quote us too but Aurora were more affordable and so much quicker. The other company seemed too interested in making the sale, as opposed to helping us choose the right solution for our home. Our sheer curtains look absolutely stunning high-end finish without the high-end price tag.

My partner and I bought a new townhouse at Solai Denman Prospect. The developer sent blind and curtain packages from another company that seemed way over priced. Joel and his team were able to beat that price by over 30%, they were installed on the same day we settled and they loom amazing - the quality is outstanding. I'll be sure to tell the development company and the real estate agency who tried to force us to use the other company - but they couldn't back it up with service, not even replying to my calls or emails.
